I'm based in Israel and work primarily with Israeli investors, families, and professionals evaluating or managing U.S. real estate. I understand the unique considerations of cross-border investing — from structuring and tax treatment to the practical challenges of overseeing assets remotely.
How I think about investments

Realistic underwriting matters more than projections. Anyone can make a deal look good on paper. I focus on what happens when assumptions don't hold.

Downside protection is more important than upside stories. The best investments are the ones that work even when the market doesn't cooperate.

Independence improves judgment. I don't earn fees on closings, don't promote deals, and don't represent sponsors. My only incentive is giving you an honest assessment.
